Cooking Course Details:

This 15 hour cooking course starts on Thursday at 9.30 a.m. and finishes on Saturday at 1.00 p.m.

The cooking course week-end includes:
-3 overnight stays for 2 people in our hotel
-1 tasting dinner for 2 people, wine included
-1 visit to the oil and wine firm of Montecarlo (LU), 40 minutes driving from the hotel.
-1 visit to the Viareggio Carnival Museum
-1 prestigious bottle of Tuscan wine, 1prestigious bottle of -Tuscan olive oil, 1 box of local biscuits.
-The whole cooking course week-end promotion
costs € 650,00 per person.

The cooking course only costs € 290,00 per person.
Minimum number of people required for the course = 6
Maximum number of people accepted for the course = 12

Further Details:
-If you are planning a longer stay, you will get a 20% discount on the eventual other overnight stays.
-The supervisor of the course is the owner of the Hotel, Enrico Baroni. He is a Maitre restaurateur of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs and a professional wine taster.
-The course is held by the chef Paolo Della Latta (see the picture). He is 45 and he has got a 25 year experience in one of the most prestigious Tuscan restaurant.
